The database, the content directory, config/site.php and any extensions you installed. The code itself you can re-download; those four you cannot.

Four things:

  • The database. Everything anybody wrote.
  • content/ — every upload: avatars, covers, gallery images, attachments, files people bought.
  • config/site.php — your credentials and the application key.
  • extensions/ — anything you installed that did not ship with Convoro.

The rest of the files are the product and can be downloaded again.

🚨 A database backup on its own is not a backup. Restoring it without content/ gives you a site where every photograph, avatar and purchased file is a broken link — and the rows will all look perfectly healthy.
