Uploaded Zip file - Extracted on Cpanel. Removed convoro-install.zi p

Went to domainname.com/install and it does not exsist.

Fastest: on their hosting, delete the file storage/installed, then visit https://theirdomain/install

I will send you a message to share the domain name so you can look over it.

For some reason the DM is messed up so I don't think you could see it.

You can also redownload the zip and reupload again and it should fix it.
