Upload the zip, open the site in a browser and follow the installer. There is no Composer step, no build step and no shell required — you need PHP 8.5 and a MySQL database.

Unzip Convoro where your web server will serve it, point a browser at the address, and the installer takes over: database details, the first administrator account, and the name of the site.

PHP 8.5 or later. Not 8.4 — Convoro uses language features that do not exist before 8.5, and deprecation behaviour it relies on.

There is deliberately no Composer install, no asset build and no command to run. If your host gives you FTP and a database, that is enough.

🚨 The installer stops existing once the site is installed. It is not disabled by a flag you could flip back — the routes are simply not registered once a config file and applied migrations both exist. There is no install directory to remember to delete.
