engine/ is the framework, modules/ holds System and the applications, themes/ holds templates and assets, and public/ is the only directory a web server needs to see. There is no vendor directory and no build output.

Convoro is written from scratch with no framework underneath it and no Composer dependencies. The top level is:

  • engine/ — the framework: routing, the container, the query builder, migrations, the template compiler, sessions, the console.
  • modules/ — system plus every application. This is where nearly all the product lives.
  • themes/ — layouts, partials and assets.
  • public/ — the document root, holding index.php and compiled assets.
  • content/ — uploads. Outside the document root.
  • tools/convoro — the console entry point.
  • tests/ — a small runner; php tests/run.php.

Classes autoload from engine/Autoload.php by convention: Convoro\Engine\* maps to engine/ and Convoro\Modules\Blog\* to modules/blog/.
