The preview in Admin → Settings shows your logo on the same colour your header uses, so a flattened background appears there as a pale slab behind the artwork.
Convoro never removes transparency — a logo within the size limit is stored byte for byte, exactly as uploaded. If a block is showing, it is in the file.
Re-export as a PNG and check the transparency survived before uploading again.
