One question, answered on its own. Fill in “the question this answers” in the words somebody would type, and write the short answer as a real answer rather than an introduction.

Articles are found by search and read by the AI Assistant, which means an article is rarely read from the top of a list — it arrives on its own, in answer to a question.

Three things follow from that:

  • One answer per article. An article covering four things is returned for all four questions and answers none of them well.
  • Make it stand alone. An article that only makes sense after reading the four before it is no use as a search result.
  • Write the question as somebody would ask it. “Why does my logo not appear?” finds the article; “Branding” does not.

The short answer field is what appears in search results and what the assistant quotes when the full article is too long for it. Write it so somebody could stop reading there.
